Course Description

The dangers of social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat, to our students are endless.  Much of the problem can be traced to the fact that students just don't know how much they are putting out there on a daily basis, and how quickly that information can spread.  We will focus on making good decisions on social media and how to do that.

The course will focus on several areas:

     Good decision making

     Social Media Statistics

     The Importance of Privacy

     Social Media Do's and Don'ts

Every day examples of what to do and what not to do.

The goal is to help students, student-athletes, coaches, parents and administrators learn what to do, not just what not to do.
