This program provides participants with the knowledge and tools required for leading self, individuals and groups to work effectively.

Learning Objectives:
This course supports participant’s ability to:
- Describe aspects of leadership and management
- Assess their own leadership style and approaches
- Delegate and communicate expectations
- Establish and maintain trust through effective communication
- Provide guidance via feedback and coaching

Who Should Enroll
Employees intending to be supervisors. A minimum of three – five years of work experience would be ideal.
