The CAPM® certification is an important industry-recognized certification for entry-level project managers and is granted through The Project Management Institute, PMI, the world’s leading project management organization.  If you don’t have the credentials to sit for PMP certification but seek a credential in project management, this is a great class for you.

This course provides a review of the importance and benefits of providing exceptional customer service.  Participants will identify their external customers and discuss their service expectations.  A facilitated discussion will help participants to identify ways to solve current customer service problems and gain initial agreement on service standards.  A goal is for each employee to treat each customer experience as an individual experience for each person.

The Diversity Essentials Bootcamp will explore diversity and inclusion from a leadership perspective.  Designed as a “hands on” workshop, the camp will challenge participants to roll up their sleeves, dive deep and begin designing the elements of a powerful and integrated D&I strategy for their organization.

Join us in this three-hour session to learn how to conduct a D&I analysis of your organization’s HR function. You’ll walk away with an approach that is proven to help you demonstrate to your HR leaders that you are aware of the linkages of D&I and HR, as well as being able to ask the tough questions of HR leaders that will get them thinking about the interrelationship of both functions as well as the linkage of D&I and HR to business success.

In this heavily participatory workshop you will explore implicit biases and how they impact your community, work environment and race relations. Even if we are consciously committed to fairness and equality and deliberately work to behave without prejudice, we can still possess hidden negative prejudices and stereotypes.

This program is designed to cover the fundamental concepts, principles, and quantitative methods used to design, analyze, improve and control operational systems in manufacturing and service businesses.

The objective of this program is to provide project leaders with planning skills and the confidence to effectively manage project teams.  This workshop is highly interactive and discussion oriented.  Participants are encouraged to plan a near-term project.

This course enables participants to deliver presentations that meet audience needs and deliver desired objectives. Concepts and practice segments will address techniques for small, medium or larger scale presentation and audience sizes. Participants are encouraged to bring real time topics to the workshop in order to maximize their time and help them to prepare for upcoming presentations.

This 3 day course will provide new and experienced supervisors and managers the skills to succeed.  Topics will include coaching, motivation, goal setting, communication, interviewing skills, performance reviews, team development, managing conflict, and time management to name a few.
