Industry 4.0 and Model Based Definition is changing the roles, processes and working relationships of many individuals in a technology or aerospace business. These changes have implications for Human Resources policies and practices. In this one-day program the impact of digitalization on Human Resources is explored with an emphasis on how recruiting, training and organizational structure is impacted. This program introduces manufacturing managers and supervisors to the key principles associated with operating a digital manufacturing organization.  Digital manufacturing, a core element of Industry 4.0 relies in part upon Model-Based Design (MBD.)  MBD principles will be illustrated with an emphasis on their impact to manufacturing operations.  The program is a combination of theory and practical application.
