This one-day course is for individuals who need to learn to effectively resolve conflict as part of their work role.

Curriculum
This course is for individuals who want to effectively resolve conflict as part of their role. It reviews why conflicts occur, the conflict cycle and causes. Participants identify typical conflicts that they face at work and learn approaches to address or resolve the situations. They also complete a self-assessment, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) to learn their preferred conflict-handling mode or style.
Who Should Enroll
Employees needing to learn how to effectively deal with conflict at work. New managers or supervisors would benefit from this class.
