Curriculum
This course is for individuals who need to effectively resolve conflict as part of their work role. It reviews why conflicts occur, the conflict cycle and causes of conflict. Participants identify typical conflicts that they face at work and consider approaches to address or resolve the situations.
Who Should Enroll
Employees needing to learn how to effectively deal with conflict at work. New managers or supervisors would benefit from this class.
