Emotional Intelligence & Stress Management

This course will help you better understand yourself and others emotionally. You will also learn how to deal with stress and how deal with people who are stressed.

Curriculum

This program will support participants’ ability to:
• Explain the four domains of Emotional Intelligence
• Gain an increased understanding of Emotional Intelligence
• Understand Amygdala hi-jacks and stress triggers
• Learn the differences between Emotional Quotient (EQ), Intelligence Quotient (IQ), and Personality
• Identify the early warning signs of stress
• Review stress strategies
• Develop a personal action plan
