Human Resources Professional Certificate Course: Strategic Staffing & Talent Acquisition
Learn the most effective and efficient techniques in attracting successful employees to your organization.
Details
Curriculum
Strategic Staffing is the short and long-term planning process involved in acquiring, deploying, and retaining the right number of employees with the appropriate talents to effectively execute a company’s business strategy. Strategic Staffing is integrated in a company’s business strategy and drives the planning, sourcing, recruiting, selecting, negotiating, socializing, retaining, and transitioning of staff for that company.
Employees are a company’s competitive advantage, so a company’s ability to execute its business strategy and maintain its competitive advantage depends on the quality of its employees. The quality of a company’s employees is directly tied to its staffing practices. Strategic Staffing will explore the elements of hiring the right people and aid you in building a strategic staffing solution for any company.
Attendance is mandatory; one excused absence is allowed per course.

The certificate is designed for professionals entering the HR field, entry- to mid-level managers, small business owners or anyone needing to brush up on their HR skills. New supervisors or managers looking to gain knowledge might benefit too.
