Human Resources Professional Certificate (Bundled Option)

In Partnership with the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC)
The Human Resources (HR) Professional Certificate consists of six comprehensive classes that offer a detailed overview of the Human Resources functions. All six classes are required to complete the certificate. You can register for all six here, or for each class separately in separate options.

Learning & Organizational Development Mondays 2/26/24 – 4/1/24
Benefits Thursdays 2/29/24 – 4/4/24
Strategic Staffing / Talent Acquisition Tuesdays 2/27/24 – 4/2/24
Compensation Wednesdays 4/10/24 – 5/15/24
Employment & the Law Thursdays 4/11/24 – 5/16/24
Integrated Human Resources (Capstone Course) Saturdays 6/1/24 & 6/8/24)
Attendance is mandatory, one excused absence is allowed per course. 100% attendance is expected for the Capstone.
Who Should Enroll
The certificate is designed for professionals entering the HR field, entry- to mid-level managers, small business owners or anyone needing to brush up on their HR skills. New supervisors or managers looking to gain knowledge might benefit too.

Location
This is an online program, with the exception of the Capstone which is offered in person for two Saturdays.
Students will need a computer with video and microphone.
