This program provides participants with the knowledge and tools required for leading self, individuals and groups to work effectively.

This course supports participant’s ability to:

  1. Describe aspects of leadership and management
  2. Assess their own leadership style and approaches
  3. Delegate and communicate expectations
  4. Establish and maintain trust through effective communication
  5. Provide guidance via feedback and coaching

Who Should Enroll

Employees intending to be supervisors. A minimum of three – five years of work experience would be ideal.
